Our trusted express Courier will generally deliver the products within 2 to 6 business days from the order confirmation date.
All orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number to follow its progress.
All of our deliveries are insured until signed for and presented in packaging.
Products shall be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order form at the checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery problems arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.
PANNALÙ is not responsible for import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination where it is specified that custom taxes are not included.
RETURN
MERLIN s.r.l. accepts returns or exchanges of the Products purchased in our e-shop within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. Any eventual custom Orders, Customized Engraving, are final sales and cannot be returned.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, this must be done through the retailer. Unfortunately, we can only process exchanges for pieces purchased directly from our e-shop www.pannalu.com.
The products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with the original security tag attached. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection before they are accepted.
Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) or whose security tag has been removed cannot be accepted.
You may be held liable in the case of depreciation of the product's value due to handling inconsistent with the preservation of the products' nature and characteristics.
If you decide to return your order, please email us at hello@pannalu.com with the requested info: Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number, and Type of Return (Return for Exchange, Return for Refund, Return for Repair).
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
When available in stock, you may exchange your product for another size, colour variant of the same model originally purchased, or a new style with an equal or greater value only. We will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value.
Please indicate the new size/colour or style within the email.
If you have exchanged the purchased product for another product of a higher price, you will be charged the difference.
After receiving your exchange request, we will email you a pre-paid return label in a few days with instructions to return the piece you would like to exchange.
Once your returned piece has been received and processed, you will receive an additional email to cover the second shipment cost (for costs, refer to the tab above) and to confirm the delivery address. Shipment will be then processed 2-6 business days after receiving the payment.
RETURN FOR REFUND
To initiate a return, send us an email at hello@pannalu.com.
After receiving your return request, we will email you in few days a courtesy return label together with instructions to return the piece.
Once your returned piece has been received and deemed compliant with our conditions and requirements, we will proceed with a refund. Please kindly note that the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund (for costs, please refer to the tab above), and all the prior shipping costs are not refundable. You will receive a Credit Note notification email once the refund is processed.
Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase on the Website once the returned products are received and passed our quality insurance inspection.
RETURN FOR REPAIR
For repair inquiries, please send us an email at hello@pannalu.com. Please indicate the required repair within the email.
The repairs will be approved case-by-case, and we reserve the right to decide whether the repair is approved under a manufacturing defect warranty. Non-warranty repairs will be subject to a price estimate based on the damage or difficulty of the job, which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair.
PANNALÙ reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs and assess if the damage was caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your jewel at hello@pannalu.com.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
We accept payment through credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. PANNALÙ offers a 'Bank Deposit' option at the checkout, so the Customer can send a wire transfer to our account instead of paying through a credit or debit card. The order will be complete once the funds arrive in our bank account, which depending on different banks, can take up to 7 business days. Consequently, from the time of purchase, you will have 7 working days to complete the transfer, and once received, we will email you to confirm. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive a bank wire transfer within 7 working days. Your bank may charge you a wire transfer fee, and we can only accept payments made in Euros.

PANNALÙ reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to the Customer. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website when the order is confirmed by you.
PRE-ORDERS
Some products on the Website could be available for pre-order. Pre-order service allows you to purchase your desired product or size even if it is currently out of stock. If a product is available for pre-order, the product page will display "pre-order" below the product's name. Due to production constraints, pre-orders will be shipped within 6-10 weeks, not including holidays like summer closure or winter break.
All pre-orders require full payment in advance. Once your pre-order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The colour of the gemstones can be lighter or darker than in the photos as they can have shade variations. Furthermore, we have made every effort to take detailed photographs of our pieces, but we cannot guarantee that their colours can be accurately reflected on the device's displays. All our items are unique because they result from an artisanal process. Therefore slight changes in shapes and colours should not be considered defects, yet they are the evidence of the craftsman's handiwork.
